David Frank, DMD
Meet Dr. Frank
Dr. David Frank grew up in Amsterdam, a small suburb in upstate New York. While attending the United States Air Force Academy he played varsity lacrosse, then following graduation and commission into the USAF, attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2007. Dr. Frank then served in the Air Force as a Captain in the Dental Corps, during which he discovered thrill of triathlon and the virtues of a southern climate. Austin, TX proved to be the perfect fit for both starting a family and starting a dental practice, with the wide-open spaces, absence of harsh winters, and beautiful Central Texas landscape.
Dr. Frank continuously pursues the most up to date practice of dentistry through advanced technology and high level continuing education. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but especially loves the CEREC/CAD CAM technology, which allows Dr. Frank to custom design individual or multiple restorations (such as crowns) on the same-day, minimizing the need for temporaries and the inconvenience to our patients of multiple appointments. Dr. Frank and his team at Walden Dental are passionate about valuing patients’ time and ensuring smiles reflect the simplicity and beauty of nature.
In their free time, Dr. Frank, Emily, and their yellow labs Baxter and Miller, enjoy taking advantage of the warm weather and southern charm of Austin. You will often see Dr. Frank running Lady Bird Lake on the weekends in preparation for upcoming Ironman Triathlons!
Dr. Frank and his team look forward to meeting you and your family.
Live well and Smile!
